I switched to Pills Plus after years of frustration with CVS never having my prescription in stock. I was constantly driving from one location to another trying to find it. Pills Plus got me set up immediately and always has my prescription ready. They even check in if I forget to pick it up and remind me when it’s about to expire (which I definitely need!). Extremely disappointed in my experience. I purposely stopped by asking if they had a medication in stock prior to my provider sending it over. It was confirmed although they were closing I still let my provider know and she sent it that same evening so I should’ve been notified the issue. A whole week later I had to call and ask about it. Now there is none in stock and if they do a special order it will cost me more. I got not call or notification so that I can make alternate arrangements now I’m going to be without my meds ... read more
Was a Great pharmacy even tho prices was high... until I call and ask if they have medicine and they say they no longer carry it ..since the month before how can they pick and choice what to carry when poeple need it ...should be a law against that
Worth the extra few steps past CVS. The staff actually treats you like a human customer which is sadly unique in today's pharmacy landscape!
