Had a rough go with proving my dual citizenship, but in the end Pilkington really came through and was very kind and understanding.
Terrible service it took 5+ years to prove my dual citizenship, the later lawyer who took up my case was excellent but the initial lawyer Mark Armonius was terrible and never responded to emails and was very ambiguous the whole time. I do not recommend using this service at all. Just go to the US Consolute if proving dual citizenship and save yourself several years and several thousand.
