Very good place to work ..my opinion the pay is very good . pilgrim's gives employees opportunitys to move up. Im a maintenance mechanic and really enjoy my job and the people I work with.In the two years that I have worked here, they have been good about raises and can see myself retiring from here
Pilgrams in Guntersville is an awesome place to work supervisions is very respectful and the people that work there is fun to work with This is where I’m going to retire
I am blessed to work at Pilgrims. All the people I have meet and friends I have made. Life time friends. It has always kept food on the table and always a friend close by. 39 years and still going.
I absolutely love my job here at Pilgrims Pride. Have the best supervisor (Christy Frey). I will be here for a year next month on the 4th. And hoping for many many more years! Would love to make this a career and move up to a supervisor one day! Thank y’all for everything y’all have done.
