They don't allow you to set up automated payments. You have to log on to the website each month and manually click a button to pay your premium. It's such a ridiculous user experience. Every other insurance/utility company supports automated payments in 2026.
The worst insurance company I've ever had the displeasure of hiring.
Not my insurance, but I’m dealing with them because the other person who hit me has this insurance. An absolute nightmare! The only one I can pick out that has been responsive is Brian Whalen he was great. As far as the person I’m supposed to be directly dealing with his name is William Steinaway. I called and left a message two weeks ago and still no response. I also emailed and no response . Currently holding on the line and no one answers once again. I can’t even imagine having them as my insurance company. Stay away
Every year it’s insurance go up
Got hit by a drunk driver 7/9/24. Luckily nobody else in my car was seriously injured. After a YEAR of long awaiting insurance approval... I recently got a letter saying that Pilgrim insurance will not cover anything (medical bills, car reimbursement, etc). It's a mix between HEARTBREAK & FRUSTRATION. This is a VERY BAD COMPANY. Do not fall for there fraudulent scams...
