Customer service is incredibly rude and none of them should have jobs my whole family is dropping our policies and will be talking to friends about it as well disgusting company.
Pilgrim is the worst insurance agency that I had ever dealt with ! My Ex-husband passed away and they would not cancel his registration. They told me to do it online but I did not have his old phone to get the code for security. They told me that I would have to bring the plates there but I couldn’t because he died in his van 2 hours away. I told them I could send them his death certificate as proof and they told me to bring it to the RMV and I might still need the plates. Complete insensitive morons!!!
