pilgrim auto insurance has been the worst experience, they do not return phone call, they took 3 1/2 weeks to inspect vehicle and then denies claim and are incapable of giving in any way or form a reason for denying clame. all i asked was what thye reason is and they dont have one. they are absolutely the worst insurance company.
I got a bill at $496 for my first visit with PCP just because I haven't reached my deductible and my insurance made my doctor bill this amount of money. this is crazy!

I’m begging y’all people, do not get involved with pilgrim insurance. I asked my insurance agent to link me up with an insurance company that also allows me to do uber but he forgot and linked me up with pilgrim so I had to cancel because they don’t cover uber. So everything was canceled on Monday June 23rd of 2025 and they told me my refund should be mailed between 7 to 10 business days and today is Monday July 7th I still haven’t received anything yet.
