Got hit by a drunk driver 7/9/24. Luckily nobody else in my car was seriously injured. After a YEAR of long awaiting insurance approval... I recently got a letter saying that Pilgrim insurance will not cover anything (medical bills, car reimbursement, etc). It's a mix between HEARTBREAK & FRUSTRATION. This is a VERY BAD COMPANY. Do not fall for there fraudulent scams...
Worst insurance company ever. Stay away from them....
-0 stars if I could! Stay away. They will automatically sign you up for an insurance auto renewal and then proceed to send your report under $100 to the collection services!!! COMPLETE SCAM, absolutely fraud company stay away.
Worst company ever, I got into an accident and they are telling me they can’t cover it because my policy ended and they told nobody about it not even me, they said they sent me several letters, but I told them I don’t check my mail like that to send me digital letters I get into an accident And tell them and they said they can’t cover me because my new policy was two hours after the accident, This company is basically a scam and I do not recommend it to anyone! If you do end up with them, God help you.
