Larry Robinson has still not contacted me back my tags expired on Jan 12th and I still have not recieved my new tags and the second key I was promised. I bought a certified used vehicle which is to come with two keys mine did not. Larry made a huge deal on how he had to make sure I got that second key and never did get me the key. On top of that I have called 5 times now and have never heard back. every time I call they say Larry is busy and he will call me back. He never does!!!!!
I bought a 15000 dollar 2008 gmc canyon from piles I asked them if the vehicle had been checked by a certified mechanic they said yes it needed new front brakes and tires I said ok I'll buy it 6 miles after I signed the paperwork it's broke down in my drive way with 1500 in repairs that need to be done piles will not help at all they laugh after us buying multiple cars from them very unethical business

Rusty Arnold was so helpful, even coming to our home to pick up our trade-ins to have appraised: loved that we didn't have to spend hours at a dealership. Great Service at Piles! Had car trouble piles got me in immediately at fixed the problem in a timely manner. Nothing was repaired without them telling me the problem and cost.
