Hi I want to to express how disappointed I am with PMG. I had my car scheduled for the 15,000km service on Saturday 15/11. When booked i received a text saying to drop keys in lock box if arriving before 7am As i live in paraburdoo I left home at 2am to arrive on opening to not inconvenience anyone. But 730 and the gates where shut so I ordered a taxi and left my keys in lock box I got a taxi back at 11.45 to see my car untouched out front Your service adviser informed me that "we don't use the lock box on the weekend" (or a... read more
Had my car serviced last week and the boys out the back did an amazing job, paid close attention to what I wanted looked at. The girls at the front desk are first class amazing!!! Super helpful and very attentive. 10/10 recommend.
27 hours for a service and tyre change. Not good service at all. The staff were so friendly and helpful, it is ruined by the wait times. If there was another service centre nearby, I would go elsewhere first...
