I have been a client at Pilates 1 for the past few years during the winter months. My instructors are top calibre and help me overcome my body challenges while challenging me at the same time. This is the only place to do Pilates and know that you are getting the best of the best.
I've been a client since the studio opened and this place is the best! They helped me through a hip replacement and I stay strong by continuing to take classes. All the instructors are well-trained and can help you achieve your goals.
I love Pilates, but it's not always easy to find a good studio. This studio is not just good; it's fantastic. It's perfect! I've searched throughout Broward and Palm Beach counties, and I can't find anything that compares to Pilates Studio 1 or Nicoletta. I'm absolutely addicted!
