My first Pilates mat experience, and after one month going 2-3 times per week I’m stronger, move better, and even shed some weight. Classes are a challenge, but they get easier to follow as I learned the importance of isolating muscles. The instructors are all excellent, and they take the time to make sure you’re doing the exercises correctly and with proper form so that you’re getting the most out of them. I love Pilates Studio 1. The instructors are always positive and helpful. I have learned to much. We are so lucky to have such a quality studio in West Palm Beach. So happy to have found such a great place so close to home!!!

I started Pilates here 2 months ago, thanks to the suggestion of my daughters who practice Pilates in both NY and Cambridge. And I'm glad I did! I have to give credit to the wonderful, knowledgable and patient instructors for my new found energy, great sleeps , no more shoulder issues and a noticeable improvement in my well being. If anyone is thinking of trying it, do so! This studio is wonderful!!!!

I have been a client for the past two months. I started to take pilates to supplement my swimming. I am very impressed with the instructors' knowledge and assistance with technique. I am enjoying the variety of classes offered and also take privates and semi privates.

Pilates Studio is a cute studio with a passionate and caring staff. Marian the owner is very delightful.I had a personal experience with her recently. She was very informative and showed compassion in me successfully graduating from Mat classes to equipment classes. I would highly recommend Studio Pilates 1.

I had a spa finder gift card and was looking for something different to do with it. Studio 1 was excellent! I had my own reformer years ago but was never properly trained and I'm so glad I went for the package of 3 private lessons. Dani was professional and patient and corrected my form when needed in a way that was instructive but also kind and encouraging at the same time. Really had a great experience and now I'm ready for the group classes. Highly recommend this little neighborhood gem.
