RecommendedI love this place !! It’s so clean and comfortable. Cheryl does a great job keeping classes organized and makes you feel welcomed!! I took Tower boot camp this morning with Amie. It was challenging and fun. She does a great job explaining everything and the class flew by!! Highly recommended !!
This is the real deal! I mean REAL pilates with instructors that really know what they are talking about. When I travel I like to take lessons and it can be a challenge to get good pilates. Providence Pilates was excellent!!! I had a wonderful private lesson with Cheryl and then took some mat classes too. All were exceptional. I felt very welcomed and the studio was clean and well organized. I will be sure to go again, and again, and again!
Best stretching and flexibility “exercise “ I’ve ever done. It’s helped with posture, strength, flexibility and my health. The coaches are very knowledgeable and considerate and plan great programs each workout.
Great instructors and atmosphere. I get a great workout every time.
I have been going there for many years. Started with one class a week and am up to three. Cheryl and Tracy are my instructors and they couldn’t be better. I highly recommend Providence Pilates to both women and men.
I have been going here for a couple of months and I have nothing but good things to say-everyone on the staff is great and scheduling is so easy
