While visiting Thousand Oaks over the holidays I wanted to try Pilates classes and found Pilates Plus in Westlake Village. The staff is fantastic! They are very helpful and went out of their way to made me feel welcome. They helped me register for classes and sent follow up emails after the classes. The instructors were very patient and encouraging as I was learning the various moves and exercises. I highly recommend Pilates Plus and plan on coming back next time we are in the area.

Pilates Plus has become a staple, keeping me coming back day after day for 3+ years already and counting! The classes are challenging but fun, the instructors encourage us and are watchful to make any needed adjustments, and the PPWV studio has lots of events to keep members engaged and excited to come work out :)

I have been a member of Pilates Plus-Westlake Village for many years now, and I absolutely love it there. It is definitely my happy place. Everyone is so friendly. The instructors are all so wonderful and knowledgeable, and I love that there are so many class options. You should definitely give it a try. You will not be disappointed! Also, if you are looking for an outstanding challenge, you should try the 6-week transformation challenge. It is really the best. My results were phenomenal
