the pole classes will make you sweat The reason I took a class at Pilates Plus was for their pole pilates! When I heard about their pole classes, I thought to myself, "I need to try that". It's a lot harder than you might think, but it was a lot of fun to try. I took two classes and will say that it was fun, energetic and tough. I sweated my tail off!
