Susan is amazing. What a class!!!! I was here visiting from out of town and decided to take a class and her advanced mat class was at the perfect day and time so I enrolled. It's by far the most challenging mat class I have taken. If you want to get toned up I highly recommend Pilates Plus of Schaumburg. Thank you Susan! I will be back.
All of the staff are kind and informative. They are helpful to anyone who might not quite know what they are doing. Emily is wonderful and I love all of her classes!

My instructor Kelley was amazing! So informative, she was very thourough in explaining each pose while always keeping the class moving forward! Best yoga workouts Ive ever had!
