I took Cheryl’s class on Tuesday, 25Feb2020. It was a great combination of stretching and strengthening [and good people]! I’ve been at this facility for 5 years and it has changed my life. I no longer have shoulder issues, feel stronger, healthier and happier.
I have been taking Pilate classes at Pilates Edge since 2004. LEAH SINE, Owner/PMA Certified Instructor, and CHERYL WAMPLER, Studio Manager/Instructor, are very knowledgeable and amazing. Leah and Cheryl care deeply about how Pilates can improve the quality of our everyday life. Best place for Pilates. Very knowledgeable and precise for best benefits. Leah is a very knowledgeable instructor and will lead you through a workout leaving you feeling exhilarated.
Wow! Awesome place! Leah and Cheryl are amazing!! I love how they really care about their clients. They get to know you and take time to personalize the class so that you get the most from it. THE BEST CLASSES I’VE EVER HAD!!
