I can’t recommend Pilates by Rina enough. I came in dealing with a torn meniscus along with serious hip and back issues that were affecting the way I walked, trained, and even worked day to day. Rina took the time to actually understand what was going on with my body instead of just giving generic exercises. After working with her consistently, the difference has been drastic. Loved this classical Pilates studio! I took an intro offer class last week and had a great experience. Raphael was an excellent instructor with clear, helpful cues on the tower, and I learned so much. Rina, the owner, is incredibly kind and clearly passionate about her studio—I really appreciated her taking the time to speak with me. I can’t wait to come back and continue learning classical Pilates!

Exceptional Pilates Instruction with Raphael at Pilates by Rina I highly recommend Raphael at Pilates by Rina! I had the pleasure of working with her one-on-one for 8 months, during which she provided expert guidance, encouragement, and a deep understanding of movement and body mechanics.
