I called for some help and the expertise was great! Not only that, they recommended a great dealer to buy my trains and stuff. Piko really delivers the experience of a quality G scale train set to traps you back in tile to have fun and my kids love it. What a great company that delivers such a great product and service!
this company when above and beyond to help me out why i went from one star to 5 star
this company got some of the best train models out there. but VERY HARD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH WHEN YOU NEED PARTS been talking to support in dec 2022 its now feb 2023 they have the parts told me they cost 39 bucks . we let you know how much it cost to ship to canada they say. it dont take a month we ship this week take my cc number each time i call . that was on jan 16th i just give up
