We happened upon this place during our recent visit to the market. Being from the south, we are pretty particular about our bbq, and this place delivered! It was delicious, and we have already recommended them to a friend who will be traveling that way soon. Loved the bark on the butts in the display window; we had the pulled pork and a sample of the brisket. Definitely worth a stop by for some grub if you are in the area.

My daughter introduced me to Pike's pit. Omg it was sooo delicious! I had the sweet potato with pulled pork and it was so good! It was a large serving so everyone should get filled up! The staff was a ton of fun and engaging! They were so helpful! I wish I lived closer! My daughter and I will definitely be back!

This might pass for BBQ in Seattle, but it would never pass in Texas or anywhere in the South. If you want authentic, stick to Jones in West Seattle.
Excellent chopped pork. A very good vinegar 'cold' (cole) slaw. Hot sauce is a bit mild.
