I’d give this place 10 stars if I could!!! The only thing I could possibly complain about is that they’re not in Southern California where I live!!!! The smoked game and brisket was perfect! The potato salad (I’m super picky about) delicious! And the coleslaw... my mouth was super happy ❤️❤️❤️
Brisket a little over cooked so even 3/4” slices just fell apart. Still plenty moist though and it could have been due to it being later in the afternoon. Very light smoke and and little or no rub detectable to my admittedly central Texas bbq biased palate. Sauce was interesting. I think it was better suited to the pulled pork which, while quite nice, was also missing smoke. Sides of slaw and beans very tasty.
Hands down the best BBQ I’ve had in Washington!!!!
