This is our families first vacation to Colorado and our visit here was excellent. Brenda, the front desk, went above and beyond making sure we were satisfied and was very friendly. We will definitely be coming back.
My family has been with Dr. Draper's office for several years without any issues. The highly negative review seems suspicious to me because it is contrary to everything I've experienced from this office. I'm not saying that this other review(negative) is inaccurate or untrue, but it just doesn't seem to match what I've experienced twice a year for over 10 years.
Stay away from this Dentist. The office staff is condescending, unprincipled, and unreliable. The first visit was professionally conducted, with pleasantries in abundance; all happiness and light. However, once commitments were made to seek services, things fast became unwelcoming. My wife had multiple procedures that were supposed to be coordinated by this office; they dropped the ball on most of these commitments and then blamed my wife for their incompetence.
