Edit:This was not the doctor. He took very good care of me and I am thankful and blessed everyday. It is the billing department & online process. Finally found receipts & got this off my credit report 4 yrs later. Wish I could rate -10 I had surgery for a Brain Aneurysm in June 2018. I paid my bill online as directed. I personally work with these providers and they are great! All of the negative reviews seem to stem from billing issues, which I can guarantee you are not under the direction of the physicians. I believe what the reviews meant to say was “the doctor kept me asleep yet alive, I had a successful surgery, but the billing has been a nightmare.”
I'd give zero stars if I could... They sent me to collections a year ago without notice. The collections company they employ (PFC Collections) has YET to reach out to me. I only found out after checking my credit score and noticed it on there. I went to work immediately, sending in bank statements to prove the bill had been paid. After sending in my proof last June (2020), they have yet to respond, and the collections account remains on my credit score. It seems the task of having this removed has become impossible.
