What an experience, we drove up and it does take about 1 hour you have to be so cautious. It is so worth it. Very refreshing and the beauty is breath taking

Beautiful place! Be prepared to feel light due to lesser oxygen at this elevation. And you will find yourself breathing harder but the view from the top is out of this world!

Pikes Peak was one of the best experiences I've had, especially seeing the beautiful views from a motorcycle. Be prepared with your camera... it's spectacular!! Also be prepared for the very thin air at the top! I have never been that high before...literally!!!

Altitude got to me but we managed & stopped several times on way up & down to take lots of wonderful pictures. The forest fires in other states clouded the top on the way up but the sun was out & the view was spectacular. So glad we went. Rangers were excellen... read more

My Other Half is so scared of heights BUT he overcame the feeling for the time being here. The employees were knowledgeable the history of the place and also when comming down the mountain at a halfway point they inspected our brakes for our safety. Its an experience I will never forget and highly recommend this experience to everyone that comes to this area, you wo... read more
