Big shout out to Grace for knowing me when I call and remembering what you are helping me with AND completing my requests in a timely fashion! The doctor is kind and attentive. The business/billing staff is incompetent, rude, and does not follow through with bill adjustments. Be warned cancelling 24 hours before your appointment really means do it 48 hours before.... They charge you a cancellation fee either way. I have been dealing with her for over a year. Seems to be a pattern.
Dr. Brady is a good doctor. However, the way his office is run is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. We were patients at Pikes Peak Allergy for over 15 years. In the past couple of years TWICE we were "automatically" scheduled for appointments we knew nothing about and charged $35. Last month the office called to say that my son had missed an appointment and I said there's no way we missed an appointment because we never made one. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Brady and his entire staff. They have bent over backwards for me many times, especially when I was experiencing infection after infection. Because of him, I am now on a healthy plateau. When I have been extremely ill, his staff ALWAYS got me in that day. I suffer from Common Variable Immunodeficiency (I have no immune system).
