Pike Run Village is full of bugs and wasps, maintenance does not care that wasps are inside the apartments. Everything is old and defective. Don’t be fooled by the nice outside, inside there are odors, mold, bugs, ants, wasps, spiders, roly polies, birds, carpenter ants, it’s all cheap construction, appliances and fixtures.

the management company is horrible! they are money hungry trash! worst management company I've seen in 3 states. We've never in our rental history been late on a payment and due to the government shutdown and us not being paid until further notice we have zero funds to pay rent until it reopens in which we'd pay the back and future rent in full. we were told "TOO BAD, YOU LIVE HERE YOU PAY RENT." how understanding and compassionate during a very out of our control stressful time. that's just the current issue.
