Wow! I wish I had 3 hours to share all of the details of "awesomeness" that Pike Properties has provided me with since the beginning of 2026. After having a repulsive, rude, nonpaying tenant in my condo for several years, I needed a better property management company - one who would critique and do the appropriate background check (which was not done by the previous PMC, Property Management Company). Ive had several harassment and hate crime related issues as I've moved here that has affected my family. My power is out for the third time, I can't contact anyone, and I have a disability that makes it incredibly hard to afford food, this keeps happening. I'm pretty certain it's delebrate as I've had issues over my daughter "screaming" by staff and filed a discrimination report over my religion as I was getting harassed by staff. If I could give negative stars I would! This owner/manager is TERRIBLE. I just had a massage and the construction noise above was completely unacceptable!! Sounded like the floor was coming down and the practice owner is not given a real construction schedule or able to notify his clients to reschedule until it’s already happening.
