Excellent customer service. Very informative and helpful.
House plant I bought died within a week. When I attempted to return they told me they don't accept returns and tired to blame me even though I've taken care of many house plants. Won't be shopping here anymore. Get your plants from home depot or lowes that have better quality and DO allow returns.

Pike is such a nice store to visit, if you love plants you will feel in heaven.. Oza was so friendly and informative… he really took great care of us!! We will be coming back many times!
