I do NOT recommend using Pike's Nursery for any of their landscape design and installation services. You will get ripped off and the work quality is not good. We used Pike's 'landscape design' service to have a plan drawn up for our front yard. We paid a lot of money for this plan and for them to install it. First off, be very careful about the warranty. Their box truck driving in the left lane on 485, doing 68 miles an hour. That's a no no box trucks don't belong in the left lane on four eighty five, stick to the right lane, left lane is only for passing.You're not supposed to drive in the left lane 4 miles. I call the office and the lady who entered the phone. Put me on, hold like. I have forty five minutes to wait on.Hold to report their driver.
Really nice staff is a sweet lady very friendly I can't believe she remember my name this is my second visit and I love this place my indoor plants look amazing for this reason s I give 5 stars
My husband and I went to Pike's in Matthews twice recently to get help with suggestions for shrubbery. A guy named Shane helped us both times. He is super knowledgeable and so helpful! We will always look for him when we visit again.
