Everyone at Silver Lake Dental is fantastic!
The staff was wonderful! Everyone was kind and respectful of my anxiety. They explained everything. The administration of novacaine was superb. If I ever have to leave this practice, I am stealing Amy away with me! Thank you so much.
On time appointments, no waiting. Considerate and professional staff, they explain what they are doing very well.
Not my regular hygienist, she was a contractor / floater and not employee of SLD. She used the ultrasonic cleaner on me, have not had that done in years. I have great dental hygiene and was surprised (maybe insulted) as I was under the impression this technology is used for folks who don't take care of their teeth? My gums were tender for a few days after the cleaning, don't want ultrasonic done again. Looking forward to having my regular hygienist back for the next appointment!
