My wife and I thought we had a couples appt. at 3:45. This time was confirmed by multiple texts. We arrived at 3:42 PM. The office manager said I was 12min. late for my 3:30 PM appt. therefore my appt. was canceled! I never received any notifications from the office. My wife spent 20 minutes in her exam room. I am still in total shock!

Dr Pike and her assistant listened to me, made me feel heard and kept eye contact so I did not feel as if I was being dismissed. She did not make me feel rushed, I felt comfortable and relaxed. I feel that she effectively assessed my needs and I am thankful to have scheduled and had my appointment with her instead of another office in which I had a terrible first time experience with. Thank you Dr Pike & team !

I recently saw Dr. Pike for an annual skin checkup. She and her assistant were very kind, gentle, and thorough throughout the process. I'll certainly be back! P.S. Since this was my first visit, I do wish they made a note in my file regarding which moles to keep an eye on during future visits.
