DO NOT RENT FROM Pike. They neglect maintenaince request even those effecting safety. Then through their neglect they screw you out of your security deposit. We have been promised for five months that we would ecieve our repayment but have been getting the run around about it. The idiot there even stated that he was issuing the check as I was talking to him, all the time apologizing for the prior runaround.
BEWARE - This is the most unresponsive and frustrating company I've ever dealt with. The refuse to send my security back and I never lived in the apartment. I paid my August rent and when I went to get the belongings I moved in and someone else was living in the apartment. I'm missing some of my belonging also. My father and I have tried over 35 time to contact them and they NEVER return a call. I would avoid renting from them at all costs.
