Made a false eviction in my name and tagged it. Moved out in 2014, got tagged because my name was never removed.
Complete disaster. we used to live in 76 sherman ave apt 1. I sued Pike International in court for constructively evicting me and not doing repairs in time and was supposed to receive a payment of $2,575 on 2/5/2020. Levi Stone, the judge, and myself all signed and agreed to this settlement but they are planning on ignoring me forever. Now they refuse to send me a check which means I am attempting to put a lien on their property/properties. The inhuman treatment must be made public. Do not rent apartment from this company. They never give you security deposit back. really upset with them
Swindler! On 5/27/19, I contacted the Pike International company regarding a unit I had viewed on the net and talked to Daniel Zennou. I just asked questions about the apartment I saw on Zillow. He asked me my credit card number just in case to charge the application fee in case I proceed with filing the application. Shokingly, he charged me 1230.85$ for the application fee and one month deposit right after he took the card’s number. I was just asking questions about the unit. That’s it.
