Dr. Gonzalez is my OB. I was seen by her back in 2020 and now in 2025. She's great. The front office administrators are always kind and helpful towards me and others that Iv witnessed in the waiting room. About 2 months before I was due my husband's work Insurance changed so I was unable to continue my appointments there. I explained my situation to them and they informed me of exactly what I need to do in order to stay a patient with Dr Gonzalez. I had an appointment scheduled with Dr John Sanchez for today at 10:30 am. I received a call at 8:13 am that my appointment that was scheduled about a month ago needed to be rescheduled because the Dr was out today, I asked if there was another Dr available to take me today, the nurse said no. He’s the only Dr scheduled for today. Mind you I took the day off UNPAID for my appointment. My second visit with this office, not only am I pregnant but high risk as well, and one of the MAs was so rude when calling me back. When she asked if I had given a urine sample yet I told her no. Considering she just barely called me back I felt it was a dumb question and she responded with an attitude while directing me what to do. I can't bend over at all and there was no place to put my purse while I got weighed, no she didn't offer to hold it.
