Front desk on the 4th floor like to gossip about patients when they are still in the waiting area like they cant hear them talking about them and laughing about them. They are really unprofessional always gossiping and laughing about patients and saying bad jokes about patients as well when everyone can hear them. ROOM 480
It’s amazing that for a small co-pay you can see some of the most experienced doctors alive today.
I have surgery last Wednesday with Dr Peng and for me he is very profesional and honest with ethic and at the office staff where kind minimal wait time Nurses staff where kind and respectful at the time my surgery the environment is clean and neat so I recommend the PIH House Clinic with 5 thank you
Here to counteract some of the bad reviews this clinic has gotten. The first time I came here, it’s true that it was a little confusing at first to find the right building. The $15 parking is also super annoying but characteristic of all hospitals and I almost always find street parking. The scheduling service has always picked up relatively quick and has been helpful. really unfortunate their service is so terrible. They used to have such an amazing reputation for treatment. I've never encountered SO MUCH resistance to just booking an audiology exam. Being put on hold multiple times for over 20 minutes, emailing multiple times, asking for callbacks, when i have very straightforward PPO insurance. It's absurd. Do you want my money or not???!
