My dad absolutely HATES the doctor but the nurses there made his experience wonderful, making him laugh. Grateful for them🙏🏼
This hospital ER does not care about their patients AT ALL. The care is terrible and they will not work with you regarding payments, they will send you to collections. Do not go to this provider for care. Spent 5 minutes with a PA, didn't see a single doctor, was charged $2500.
I have been waiting in the ER with severe abdominal pain for 4 hours and was told they still don’t have a ln estimated time. They should say this in the beginning so people can have the options to find another ER. Now because they checked me in I will have to be billed to this. Sucks.
I arrived to the emergency room at 8 AM and was out by 10:30. I want to say a big thank you to all the staff. My daughter came in for chest and back pain and they performed all the necessary, bloodwork x-rays and test needed to rule out any serious conditions. I want to thank nurse Michelle, Esmeralda, Guadalupe, Jacob, PA Daniel and Gabby in Billing. We were treated with great care and patience. The hospital is a bit outdated but the staff on site was excellent.
