This place is the worst I’ve seen this far! Don’t help with meds they act like they can’t prescribe anything! It takes so long to answer the phone ugh worst ever stay away from this place
i am not pleased with this office. not only do the doctors not care about you and want to get you out as fast as possible but you also don’t see the same doctor each time so no one really cares to know about it your symptoms and needs. they’re so quick to prescribe meds instead of testing you and getting to the root cause. additionally they’ll cancel appointments without notifying you. a total waste of time! i do not recommend this place if you are looking for an intentional doctor who cares.
Always hard to get appts. They never answer there phones. When able to be seen they never follow up on auths
I would give this clinic negative stars if possible. I went in for a routine wellness check and was billed by quest diagnostics and PIH for the visit and blood work. The resident incorrectly filed my visit as a diagnostic visit. I've called multiple times and have been passed back and forth between the Doctor's office and billing. They assure me that they well follow up and correct the issue and after almost 2 months no follow up or resolution. Unacceptable!
They never answer their phone to make a simple appointment. You have to come in person to have a scheduler to help you schedule an appointment. Most available DR’s are students who don’t help at all. Dr Martin Sechrist is very unprofessional and as many times I came didn’t help my daughter with a referral that one of his student send electronically that they won’t schedule an appointment. Change your DR with your insurance this place is useless
