Horrible experience I would give it zero stars if I could it took me months to get an appointment and every time I called the person on the phone was so incompetent. I Was getting misinformation every time I spoke to someone new I was finally able to make an appointment and a resident doctor Andrew Ahn He requested bloodwork. I got it done within the next couple of days, my blood work came back shortly. After through my quest app I did not receive a phone call any information about my blood results. **Suite 500 Family Medicine.** Please beware! If I can give 0 stars I would. The biggest mistake without a doubt was coming here. Spent months going back and forth to appointments, tests, etc for nothing to be done about my issue. One doctor called me at literally 10PM to tell me I might have something serious ( to not go into too much detail). Who does that especially at 10 at NIGHT!!! I messaged this Dr. Office in the app they use to stay connected to their patients 2 weeks ago. No one ever got back to me. Called the office last Friday 2-9-24, waited on hold for 40 min to get my prescription called in. The girl that answered said they would submit an emergency supply to my pharmacy. She never followed through on her word. I still haven't received my prescription. I called in today and the hold time is 90 minutes! Are there any staff working here? I'm definitely changing Dr. Office.
