I first came here when I was first diagnosis, it was great! Great service and everything! Then my doctor had to cancel our follow up and the office forgot about me. Now I'm fighting to get them to answer my calls. I called yesterday today and girl hung up on me.
I understand that there’s no availability for new patients until six months from now—ok, I’ll wait. But honestly, I was surprised it takes that long. I even repeated my question at the end just to be sure, but it felt like she was losing patience with me. It’s frustrating, especially coming from a front desk representative at PIH, which is such a well-known hospital. I just expected a little more professionalism and courtesy over the phone.
Great Experience
Let me start out by saying that I do not have any problem with the care I received. I want to have a lump on my face looked at. My primary care physician thought that it might be skin cancer. I went in and they did a biopsy to see what it was. I was told the results should be back in about 5 or 6 days. I called and left a message to find out the results after 10 days.
