This review is for the Breast Center appointment schedulers Downey location. It's been twice when a representative by the name of ORLANDO helped me schedule a mammogram appointment, and his customer service skills are terrible. He is very rude and sounds bothered, as if you're taking his time. I expect better service from PIH staff. However, it seems like they're hiring unqualified staff.
