So many easy to fix goldilocks problems with this place. Music is too loud, cashiers are too soft spoken, coffee is served too hot (like great ready for a law suit a la 1994 McDonald's), always a line yet there are more staff than customers, prices are high while staff is short with customers. The list goes on. Must be nice to have a captive audience of unsuspecting commuters and tourist because I don't know what else would keep this place open.
