Haircut wasn’t bad but the customer service was awful. Extremely negative energy, the lady seemed beyond annoyed with her job.
A real lack of customer service and critical thinking. Booked back to back appointments for my kids and asked for the longer cut to go first. They refused to even look at the schedule to see if possible while an older stylist got an attitude and shook her head no. The response just was we're busy. First stylist was lovely and efficient and then found out she wasn't doing our next haircut even though she ended right when our next cut was scheduled. Maria did an amazing job on my toddler’s haircut!
We had such a great experience at the shop! Corinne did my little one’s first haircut. She was so professional, patient, and kind. Highly recommend her for first haircuts! We also booked Maggie for my boy’s regular haircut and she was amazing so skilled and friendly. She’s definitely one of the best! 🩵
