Brianna was great! I was a little nervous after my son’s previous experience elsewhere but I loved this place!! The playroom helped ease him into the salon and Brianna was patient and kind when cutting his hair. We will definitely be coming back :)
My child’s graduation is coming up, so I wanted to get her a nice haircut at this location. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The stylist didn’t properly section her hair, and the haircut turned out uneven, choppy, and rushed. Honestly, her hair looked better before the cut than after. Now I've to go somewhere else to fix it. What made it worse was that her hair was left soaking wet. When I asked if they could at least blow dry it, I was told they don’t offer blow drying. Ashely gave horrible haircut to my kid. Instead of keeping it long and giving it layers as I told her, she cut them all short. It was the most weird haircut he ever got. Brianna tried fixing it when I went back but it did not give me the results as his hair was already chopped. She gave us a free haircut for next time as a compensation.
