We booked online for the latest appointment with the stylist that was available. We arrived 10 mins earlier to a female who didn’t seem like she wanted to be there and to be told we were with a different stylist. So why have us choose a stylist if we don’t even get that stylist? We chose the first hair cut package which was so not worth the money. They need to provide details of what’s included on their website. You get a certificate, a photo and a dollar tree toy. we took our son for his first haircut and he was not happy but still got a cute, great looking hair cut! we done the first hair cut package and it was so cute and something i can show him later on!

The first time we came here, they made us wait fifteen minutes past our scheduled appointment because they were behind. No big deal, we understand that happens and we had no problems accommodating them. An accident on the interstate caused us to arrive literally 40 seconds passed their deadline the second time we came and they refused to serve us. Every single seat was vacant and they denied to honor the appointment.
