I took my son here once and Beth did a great job! I had an appointment for his second visit but unfortunately we hit some unexpected traffic. I called to let them know we would be about 5 min late. They said the appointment would be cancelled if we were any more than 5 min late. I knew it could possibly be 6 or 7 min so I spoke with the manager and she didn’t even try to accommodate. Got there twenty minutes early, waited around for 30, 20 minutes past our appointment, and she sat a walk in and started to cut their hair, ignoring us. Never again.
Ericka and Jennifer were so friendly and did a great job on both of my sons! We love going here!
Jennifer at Pigtails & Crewcuts Northshore is awesome! So patient & friendly with our son. Takes her time to make sure his hair looks great!
