Excellent service. Everyone who works there has a great attitude and makes us feel so welcome. My son’s haircut turned out exactly how I wanted it.
Terrible experience. My daughters hair looks ridiculous the bangs are way too short even though I just said "a little shorter than usual so we don't have to cut it in two weeks” and Kenya went WAY Too short my daughter, looks ridiculous now. She also did a straight line vs making it look natural so it looks super awkward. When I asked her to try to fix it she just kept making it shorter so I gave up before it got any worse. Been taking my nearly 3yr here for a year and just got my second son his first haircut here. Always welcoming and patient! Genuinely seem to like kids. Kids love the treasure chest! Good experience all the way around.
This was my son’s second haircut and he is 20 months old! Sharon did an amazing job distracting him and working through his tantrum for the hair clippers. She worked so quickly and has amazing skills in what she does. The experience was wonderful and he wasn’t crying by the end and loved playing with the trains. Will definitely be there for his next haircut!! Thank you all for helping this be an easier experience for him and his worried mommy. All the mommies there were so supportive, kind, and friendly. I loved it!!
