They were patient with my little boy when he was terrified of haircuts. After a couple of visits, he absolutely loves going. They also do a great job,they were able to get nice clean lines on the back of a squirming toddler's neck. I tried another kids place on mason once because I was in the area, and they couldn't come close to the level of care and quality you get at Pigtails and Crewcuts. I won't take my little boy anywhere else!
