Food is very enjoyable. Establishment is very dishonest though. They will charge you a 16 percent service charge and when questioned, tell you this is how they pay their workers. My apologies. I didn't know it was my job to pay your employees. Worst part was I asked if I could leave a tip when leaving the restaurant and they made a big show of how they don't accept tips. When questioned the supervisor basically told me to F off and take my business elsewhere. Insane how American businesses think they can take advantage of th... read more
Business response:
Twoton, I'm sorry if you're not a fan of how we do things around here. Even more, I apologize if you didn't like the way we handled ourselves when you were curious for more information. That said, I can assure you we would never try to take advantage of our customers. If you still have any remaining questions about service charges, please reach out offline. -Amy Wanderley-Britt, Owner
First time going there was so excited to go! However serves was not even really present and gratuity was added. Not impressed sad to say.
Business response:
Kaitlyn, I'm sorry if we could have been more attentive to your table this time. I know we can do better, so I hope we'll get another chance to impress you. -Amy Wanderley-Britt, Owner
chicken 🐔 and waffles 🧇 !!!
We arrived hoping to have a nice breakfast. We were denied due to our registered service dog. She had her service vest and ID tag, the girl said we don’t allow dogs!. Please train your staff as this is a violation of Federal law, we will be notifying, when we replied she was a registered service dog she shook her head and we left
Business response:
Barbra, this is disappointing to read, as we generally accept all guests. I'm sorry that service to you was refused, and I will be making sure that our staff is aware of these types of situations moving forward. In the meantime, I know that we can do better, and I hope that we'll have a chance to redeem ourselves in the future. -Amy Wanderley-Britt, Owner
Passing through and my GPS showed this place. With a name like that i had to stop. i wasn't disappointed, Diego took my order was very nice and professional, the food was great, I had the Pig Breakfast. I would recommend this place if you haven't been here yet. it was very clean and they all wore masks. 5 stars for me.
Fantastic food and great service. Can’t go wrong here!!
Food was delicious and wait staff friendly.
Besides the coke troubles they had this morning everything was perfect. Their fries and gravy was soooo good. The over easy egg was perfect and added the perfect extra sauce to the already on point gravy. Always enjoy going here.
Great food and casual atmosphere. Definitely recommend.
