I am not one to write a bad review about a place EVER, but I feel like I really need to tell my story so people know what to look out for. I bought my 2009 Pontiac G5 with 69,000 miles from Pietroske less than a year ago. The day I got it the dealer needed to fill up the tire and I didn't think much of it, but by the time I got home the tire needed to be filled again. Deb Kerr is a very good sale person, she was very nice to me today 6-5-17 when I purchased my new car, she helped me set up onstar and showed me everything on car. I really appreciate how she went above and beyond for me, I definitely would recommend her to anyone

While we love our new Cadillac Escalade ESV and we adored our salesperson, Amanda...the sales manager that we "negotiated" with was condescending and frankly, quite rude. Had it not been for Amanda and how much we loved the Cadillac, we would've walked away and bought a vehicle elsewhere. I'm sorry to be unable to give a 5star review, which is what the vehicle, our salesperson and even the wonderful gentleman in the financing/paperwork office deserve.
