Their “service manager” Bob is an absolute joke. He is rude and extremely disrespectful, especially towards women. I took my car to get serviced last Friday after a brake caliper they installed ended up being defective. First they told me only the defective part would be covered, not the pad and rotor it subsequently destroyed also. After some back and forth they said they would cover the entire assembly. Horrible customer service. Damages vehicles and denies it and refuses to fix. Will be losing mine a multiple people’s business. Worst experience ever with a dealership.
If I could give negative stars I would. The absolute worst dealership to work with!! They put a new transmission in my vehicle and when that wasn’t the issue they told us they didn’t have a transmission person to fix the work! Went to First Chrysler, told them the issue and it was fixed the next day!!
Just bought a 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT from Pietroske. Great people to work with and I am extremely happy with the deal we made. I purchased a new truck from Pietroske last February. Michael Wall was very knowledgeable, courteous and never pushy. He was always in touch with new deals and in the end he found EXACTLY what I was looking for with some great incentives. The only downfall, which I can blame myself for not doing my homework was the GM financing incentive rebate. I was less than impressed with the interest rate they gave me with excellent credit.
