We paid a deposit for private space at 5pm. Our group of 35 arrived and were told, "we forgot". So the staff scrambled to provide space, it was a disaster. We were given 2 servers, of which were extremely flustered the entire evening. I'm not sure how if we had to preselected a menu, it took 2.5 hours to receive our food. 2.5 hours! Many people ended up leaving because of the service. It was ridiculous. As a prominent organization in Fayetteville, we were extremely disappointed.
