Great Service, ontime, – I have had great service with this business and would use them again if I needed too. Evelyne handled all aspects of the job friendly and professionally.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS – Worst body shop experience I've ever had. I brought in my brand new car into this place, as it was smashed up while parked on the street. Pierre's had to order a new OEM front bumper, as well as new liners, and headlight. When I got the car back it was in terrible shape. Even though the bumper was brand new, there were nicks all over the bumper, and there were paint drips in the crevices. Wonderful service – I, too, was referred to Pierre's by my insurance company. They went out of their way to assist me, arranged to do the work while I was out of town, and held the car until I returned. Their prices seemed fair, the work was excellent, and I really appreciate the excellent customer service. I have recommended them to friends, and everyone has been quite pleased.
AA++ One Great Auto Body Shop AA++ – I was refered to Pierre's by my insurance company and I am sure glad that I was. My required work was very complicated as did not only all sides of the car require major repair, but the front wheel assembly had broken off. It was further complicted by the fact that the car had been hit several times. After the insurance company finally got their act together, Pierre's did a great timely job. The work done by them looks as good, if not better than new. Thanks to EVELYNE
late and didn't tell me – they had my car for a week as planned, but then when I went to pick up they said one more day, then another, then another 4. Never did they call me-I had to call or show up and got alwats "later"... I still don't have my car. I would never use again.
Terrible Service..... – This was the worst experience ever. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!
Go anywhere else – This place took forever with my car and once it was done, it wasn't even done very well. I had to go to another place to get the job done right. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else straight away!
Stay Away from Pierre's AutoBody!!! – Hey People, I have a friend who got taken advantage of by the people at Pierre's Auto Body & Paint Shop!! Do not take your car there, I repeat DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO PIERRE"S AUTO BODY SHOP!!!! After estimating 2-3 weeks and making promises they had no intention of keeping, they still have my friends car 9 WEEKS Later! Unless you like driving a crappy rental car till God knows when, do not take your car there!
i've never seen service this bad!! – This has got to be the most horrible repair place ever. My friend recently took her car in to get repaired. Although it should have taken only 3 weeks, they took an extra month and a half! Not only that, but the whole time they gave her the runaround on when it would be ready. They wouldnt even bother to call her and tell her that they were running late!
