If I could leave a -10 I would… absolutely worst place ever! (Doctor that took care of us was good, also nurses were great) but the billing team is literally the least helpful people I have ever met in my life. I’m not sure if they have ever done anything in their “training” for their non existent career. Absolutely zero help with anything, expected us to do everything with insurance while they sit back and wait for responses from us. Company overbills what is agreed by insurance provider.. I had no choice in using them and will asked if they are my choice.
Insurance company said they filed twice, once directly (and out of network, of course) and once through the hospital. Beware shady billing practices!
PIERREMONT ANESTHESIA CONSULTANTS Watch out this company does not take any insurance company payments. When you have surgery at Willis-Knighten Piermont Hospital you are not told that this Anesthesia group does not take insurance company payments and you a responsible for the entire bill. To me both companies are to blame Willis-Knighton who should tell you at the time of admission to the hospital and Pierremont Anesthesia who should tell you when they consult with you before surgery.
