A great first-time experience! I had never been to a spa prior to coming to Pierre & Carlo. The staff was so nice. And the atmosphere was great. Plenty of snacks to get you comfortable. I had been having shoulder pain for about 2 years. When I left, I felt like new. No more pain. I will be coming back, and I will be buying a gift card for my mom. A head to toe massage is what every woman can appreciate.
My facial was great. My facial was great. Desiree really took the time to give me a relaxing and thorough experience. My massage felt rushed and it lacked any pressure. It felt like Lena was tired from working all day. I don't think I'll be coming back. The locker room is also very tiny. All in all I tipped both staff persons generously.
