Michelle & I were very fortunate to have walked into Pierpont’s Bath & Kitchen. Working with Cathy was truly a great experience. She really knows the business. She made sure all necessary valves and all plumbing needs were met and helped make sure all fixtures were exact and correct. She guided us to make sure we had a smooth experience. We were in the market for replacing all our bathroom fixtures & ended up at Pierpont. It was the right choice !! The owner Catherine was very very helpful in providing information & brochures . We had Delta brand which came with the house however was starting to corrode . I had originally thought Moen or Kohler however Gerber brand sold at Pierpont showed us styles for faucets and corresponding accessories such as towel holders that will go with the overall design . We stopped by Pierpont Bath & Kitchen just to gather ideas for our new construction project and left with a wealth of knowledge and inspiration. Cathy was incredibly informative and an absolute pleasure to work with—her kindness and expertise made all the difference. My husband and I both agreed that when it’s time to order our bathtub, faucets, and showerheads, Cathy will be our first call. Her top-notch customer service made our visit both enjoyable and truly educational!
