Even though they advertise a no application fee- the security deposit is your application fee. You have to pay the deposit to be considered. Seems like a decent place
I lived here and do not recommend it to other people. When you leave, they will charge you for not cleaning the apartment even though you cleaned it. Also, they do not clean the carpets in the room you live for decades. Never live here.
The manager of this apartment is not understanding and adds charges in your account like cleaning charges when you leave. Please do not rent here unless you have no other option. This is the worst place to live in.
